Right now, Earthlodge’s programs, advocacy, and land stewardship is being carried out with less than a full-time staff. Our small, extraordinary team—most of whom identify as QTBIPOC—work with deep care and devotion, yet due to budget constraints, remain overworked and unpaid for the increased hours these times have demanded.
This is out of alignment with Healing Justice, which teaches that those who care for the community must also be cared for themselves. Help us realign with full-time pay, health care, and benefits for 100% of our staff.

At a time when QTBIPOC communities and women face escalating violence, environmental injustice, and attacks on our bodies and rights, the home and land next door to the Earthlodge is for sale – and our offer has been accepted! Our goal is to raise $500,000.
We will purchase the space outright, rematriating and transforming these two adjacent properties into an inter-generational, permanent sanctuary for healing, organizing, land stewardship, and growth for generations.
4. Care for Yourself and Your Beloveds Purchase the book Earth Doula by Queen Hollins, which gives us instructions on how to access Earth medicine for keeping our spirits and immune systems strong. Proceeds support Earthlodge’s healing work.
